If you have misplaced your precinct card or have not yet received one after
, you can now access it and print it at home by visiting your My Voter Page on the Secretary of State's website. Voters are not required to show their precinct card at the polls.
At a called meeting of the Board of Elections and Registration on April 12, 2018, a hearing was held for a challenge filed against the qualification of Mr. Stephen A. Eagleton to run for the office of Chief Magistrate. After taking evidence from Mr. Eagleton and his challenger, Mr. Frank Ford, the Board of Elections and Registration voted unanimously to disqualify Mr. Eagleton as a candidate for election in the May 22, 2018 General Primary and Nonpartisan Election.

The voter registration deadline for the May 22, 2018 General Primary and Nonpartisan Election is Tuesday, April 24, 2018. Anyone wishing to register to vote or make any changes to their voter registration information has until 5:00 PM to come to the BER office and register or make those changes in person or until 12:00 midnight to register or make those changes through the online voter registration system.
Advanced voting for the May General Primary and Nonpartisan Election begins on Monday, April 30, 2018 in the BER office located in the Putnam County Courthouse. Voting will be open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, ending on Friday, May 18, 2018. There is a mandatory Saturday voting day on May 12, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM in the BER office.
Voters wishing to vote by absentee ballot can obtain an application for absentee ballot by contacting the BER office or online here. Friday, May 18, 2018 is the last day that absentee ballots can be mailed out to voters. All absentee ballots must be received by the BER office by 7:00 PM on Eelction Day, May 22, 2018, in order to be counted. Ballots received after 7:00 PM cannot be accepted.
